guys88 FAQ

guys88 requires all members to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing their first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid Indonesian national ID card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM). You will also need to provide a recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of address dated within the last three months. Documents should be clear, fully visible, and submitted as JPG, PNG, or PDF files via the account verification portal.

Standard KYC verification on guys88 is completed within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. During peak periods — such as major football tournaments or Idul Fitri — processing may take up to 48 hours. You will receive an email notification as soon as your verification is approved. We recommend completing KYC promptly after registration so that your first withdrawal is never delayed.

No. guys88 strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different details — is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password reset function on the login page rather than creating a new account.

If you are unable to log in, first use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page to reset your credentials via your registered email address. If you no longer have access to that email account, contact our 24/7 live chat support team with your registered name and account details so that our team can verify your identity and restore access securely. Never share your login credentials with anyone.

Processing times may vary slightly depending on BCA's inter-bank settlement cycles, but the vast majority of BCA deposits are credited to your guys88 wallet balance within this window. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transfer receipt and we will investigate immediately.

For e-wallet users, we accept OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). There is no maximum deposit limit, though high-value transactions may trigger additional security checks as part of our anti-money-laundering compliance procedures. Deposits are always free of charge — guys88 does not levy any processing fee on incoming funds.

The minimum withdrawal amount to a Mandiri bank account on guys88 is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals to all supported Indonesian banks — including BCA, BRI, BNI, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata — share this same minimum threshold. There is no withdrawal fee charged by guys88; however, your bank may apply its own inter-bank transfer charges for non-same-bank transactions. Withdrawals are processed during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, UTC+7) seven days a week.

Once your KYC verification is complete and your withdrawal request is approved, funds are typically credited to your bank account or e-wallet within 15 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals submitted outside of 08:00–22:00 WIB are queued and processed from the start of the next business window. During major events such as Champions League final nights or BRI Liga 1 playoff weekends, processing may extend slightly — our team works to clear all requests as swiftly as possible.

Yes. guys88 fully supports both deposits and withdrawals via OVO, one of Indonesia's most widely used digital wallets. OVO deposits are credited almost instantly, typically within 1 to 5 minutes. OVO withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes after approval. To use OVO, ensure that the mobile number registered to your OVO account matches the number on your guys88 profile to prevent processing delays.

guys88 covers an extensive range of sports markets. Football is our most popular category — we offer odds on BRI Liga 1 (featuring clubs like Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United), the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and FIFA World Cup qualifiers including Timnas Indonesia (Garuda) fixtures. Beyond football, we cover badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), basketball, volleyball, and major e-sports events including MPL Mobile Legends and PUBG Mobile.

BRI Liga 1 bets on guys88 are settled based on the official full-time result (90 minutes plus referee-added stoppage time). Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included in standard match-winner or over/under markets unless explicitly stated. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are available for most Liga 1 fixtures. If a match is abandoned before the 90th minute and the official governing body does not ratify the result, all bets on that fixture are voided and stakes are fully refunded.

Yes. guys88 offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and you can fund your account for togel play using OVO — as well as DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and all supported local bank transfers. Many of our most popular slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles carry published Return-to-Player (RTP) rates of 96% and above. RTP figures are displayed on each game's information panel before you start playing. Yes. guys88 offers full mix parlay (accumulator) betting across football and other sports markets. You can combine between 3 and 12 individual selections into a single parlay slip to multiply your potential returns. The platform runs seamlessly in any modern mobile browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) on both Android and iOS devices. guys88 offers a generous welcome bonus to all newly registered and verified members on their first qualifying deposit. Bonus details — including the percentage match, maximum bonus amount in IDR, and minimum deposit threshold — are displayed on the promotions page. Welcome bonuses are credited to your account automatically once the qualifying deposit is confirmed. Please review the bonus terms carefully before claiming, as wagering requirements and eligible games apply.

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover or turnover requirement) is the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place a total of Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying bets before the funds become withdrawable. Specific wagering requirements vary by promotion and are always stated in the individual bonus terms on guys88.

Yes. guys88 runs regular cashback promotions for sports betting members, including weekly cashback on net losses across football markets and event-specific rebates during major tournaments such as the Champions League, FIFA World Cup qualifying rounds, and AFF Cup fixtures involving Timnas Indonesia. Cashback amounts are credited every Monday for the previous week's eligible activity. Check the promotions page for the current cashback rate and applicable terms.

The guys88 VIP program rewards consistent, loyal members with escalating benefits across multiple tiers. As your cumulative wagering volume grows, you advance through VIP levels — each tier unlocking higher withdrawal limits, faster processing times, dedicated account management, exclusive reload bonuses, and priority customer support. VIP status is reviewed monthly based on activity. Contact our support team to learn about your current tier standing and what is needed to reach the next level.

Most one-time promotions — such as the new member welcome bonus — can only be claimed once per account, per household, and per device. However, guys88 offers recurring promotions including weekly reload bonuses, daily deposit incentives, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major football tournaments. Recurring promotions can be claimed once per eligible period as long as your account remains in good standing and all previous wagering requirements have been met.
