5.1 General Bonus Terms. Tier status is calculated on monthly turnover and may be revised each calendar month. Cashback is credited at the rate applicable to the Member's tier as of the calculation date and is not retroactively adjusted.
6.1 Availability. Settlement of sports bets follows official competition results as declared by the relevant governing body. The Company's settlement decisions are final once confirmed.
6.5 Disconnections. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the Platform's server logs will be used to determine the state of play. guys88 will make all reasonable efforts to restore interrupted sessions, but is not liable for losses incurred as a direct result of technical disconnections beyond the Company's reasonable control.
